Do you want to be a part of the Northwest Viking Market, but don’t want to be a merchant? For those who want to demonstrate a craft or skill, lead an activity or otherwise add to the market atmosphere and have few or no items to sell, our Villager Application and Villager Standards are now live!

Merchant applications for the 2026 Northwest Viking Market are now open! Along with this, we have also published our 2026 Merchant Standards document.

For approved merchants, we will be emailing out our site rules and information later on, so keep an eye out for that if you’re selected.
The application will remain open until July 10 unless space fills up first. After that date, securing space will require reaching out to us directly and seeing if there are spots available.

Follow the links below to the Merchant Standards and the Merchant Application; the form can be filled out right on the site. We ask that all prospective merchants, including those whom we have already spoken with, fill this out as it helps us to keep track of everything and plan our layout. It also helps make sure that everyone has been given all of the necessary information.

The 2026 Northwest Viking Market will take place October 10-11 at Dragon’s Gate Brewery in Milton-Freewater, OR.
