Hello everyone, we have an important announcement that we take no pleasure in making, but we wanted to get this out as soon as possible: the 2026 Northwest Viking Market will be postponed into 2027.

We ran into several planning hurdles this year, and as much as we appreciate everyone who planned to attend either as a guest or a participant, the event we would be able to put together for next month simply wouldn’t meet the standards our community deserves.

We have discussed a mid-late spring market instead of the current autumn market, both to open the season when we’re all fresh and to only need to postpone about 7 or so months rather than a year.

We’re aiming to use this time to create an even better Market experience for our guests and our participants in 2027, and we hope to see you there! Villager and Merchant applications for the 2027 event will open in December and January.
